Welcome to the website of the Taverna guesthouse in Sopron!

Our building serves its guests since 1984. All rooms in our guesthouse are equipped with WiFi system, a flat-screen TV, and our rooms upstairs await the visitors with air conditioning! The location in the Táncsics Mihály str. 15 is only about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and the local tourist sights like the Lövér district, open air bath, museums, stadium, shopping opportunities or the market place. We wish you a pleasant browsing and we look forward to seeing you, your family, friends and acquaintances.

There is a common, fully equipped kitchen on the upper floor of our guest house for our hotel guests!

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the whole area of our rooms, smoking is provided in a specially designated place, on the covered terrace!

Prices & Information

Our newly designed 110 m2 apartment can accomodate 8 people, with separate rooms, living room, shared kitchen, mechanized kitchen equipment, shared bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has a jacuzzi.

30 € / 1 person / night
40 € / 2 persons / night
50 € / 3 persons / night
60 € / 4 persons / night

15 € / persons / night (20 persons or more)

Our guesthouse awaits its visitors with 17 rooms – each one equipped with a bathroom and a television set – capable of accommodating a total of 45 persons.

Our guests can reserve rooms having 1, 2, 3 or 4 beds. Our guesthouse is equally suitable for families, groups as well as for people visiting for work-related reasons.

The occupancy tax is not included in our prices. The occupancy tax is 530 HUF.

  • Check-in: from 2 pm to 9 pm, in case of a different time please make an appointment by phone!
  • Check out: until 10 am
  • Cash (HUF, Euro), bank card, SZÉP card - please indicate your need for a VAT invoice in advance!
  • Spoken languages: Hungarian, English, German
  • There is a tobacco-shop, a grocery store and a pharmacy 100 meters away from the guest house.
